I think the UI! The attempt to obtain the know-how from the guru of usability!

Even if directors made websites with ordinary technics and tricks, those ideas may not be welcomed by users unexpectedly.
As you keep working the site direction with some consideration, you’ll be lead to a completely new UI design someday.
