Era of electronic paper is coming! “RETAILTECH 2013” was held

A supplier of printing technology in Japan, TOPPAN Printing Co., Ltd., and the A manufacture of flexible display in UK, Plastic Logic, will together showcase the first large-area, flexible digital signage prototype, based on Plastic Logic’s innovative flexible plastic displays in the TOPPAN booth at RETAILTECH JAPAN from 5 to 8 March 2013 in Tokyo. This is the first time in the world that a flexible, reflective digital signage module over 40″ in size, using organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs), has been publicly shown. We feel that the era of electronic paper is finally coming. Near the future, we also need to consider the web design for such new electric pepper’s devise.
