Work efficiency up! The ability of Win8.1 dissatisfaction points have been improved?

Windows 8.1 has been released.
Upgrading from Windows 8 is for free, new install costs 13,800yen(tax excluded) or so.
These are merits for lartge upgrade: IE will be ver.11, start button added, UI usability will be better, more battery life, starting-up time shortened, etc.
Much of Windows 8 deficiency was improved.
It may become a reason for upgrading, wouldn’t it?
